I am always looking for more affiliates. If you would like to be an affiliate of dazzle please read the rules. If your website meets the requirements in the rules fill out the form below. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response.

Your site must not contain any illeagal content whatsoever.
Your site must not have any broken links or scattered content. (Just a general requirement, no one wants their website to look sloppy)
Please have a 88x31 button made and provide the url in the box below.
You must link me on every page, as I will do the same for you. It doesn't matter to me whether it is a text link, button, graphic... just as long as there is a link somewhere on every page back to dazzle.
